Can you use a Lash Growth Serum with a Lash Lift?

The primary goal of the Lash Lovers Lash Serum is to condition your natural lashes and enhance their appearance. The serum is infused with a blend of vitamins, proteins, peptides and amino acids, and can be used to promote the appearance of naturally longer and thicker looking lashes.

You can use the lash serum if you have lash extensions or if you have a lash lift. It is important though for both extensions or a lash lift to wait at least 24-hours before applying the Lash Lovers Lash Serum. After 24 hours, we recommend applying the serum 2-3 times a week (once only daily) with results showing within 30 days.

Lash Serum vs Lash Conditioner

Lash Serums like the Lash Lovers Lash Serum help you grow new lashes and add density, length, and thickness to them. Lash Conditioner is used when you want healthy strong lashes to be maintained and moisturized.

Importantly, you can use both, the serum and the conditioner together. However, often only one is required. A Lash Serum is designed to encourage new growth and fullness so often is sufficient in your normal beauty routine.

How does a lash serum work?

Eyelashes, like our head and body hair, are made of about 97% protein, Keratin to be exact. Lash serums often include amino acids in their ingredients. These are protein’s building blocks and help to nourish lashes and manage any damage. Often you will see the term “peptides” being used to highlight the amino acids in the ingredients.
