    • Skip strong skincare products. Avoid retinoids, exfoliating acids, and any active ingredients like Vitamin C or AHAs/BHAs at least 48 hours before your appointment unless directed otherwise. This helps prevent irritation during your facial.

    • Avoid sun exposure. Try to avoid prolonged sun exposure or tanning in the days leading up to your appointment, as this can make your skin more sensitive to the products we use.

    • Know your skincare goals. Think about your skincare goals or concerns (hydration, anti-aging, acne, etc.). Share them with your esthetician during your consultation so they can customize your facial to your needs.

    • Hydrate & relax. Drink plenty of water leading up to your appointment to keep your skin hydrated and ready to glow! Plan to arrive a few minutes early to unwind and make the most of your experience.

    • Let us know about medications or treatments. If you’re using prescription skincare, taking medications like Accutane or ANY antibiotics, or have had recent procedures (like laser treatments or injectables), please let us know so we can adjust your facial accordingly.

    • Avoid hair removal. Refrain from waxing, threading, or using depilatory creams on your face for at least 72 hours before your appointment to avoid irritation.

    • Remove lash extensions. Ensure that all previous lash extensions have been removed if applicable. Full Set Lash Extensions are only applied to fresh, clean lashes. There will be a charge for removal and for cleaning the lashes ahead of the lift if required.

    • If possible, arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes. Remove all makeup, especially mascara, eyeliner, and eyeshadow, and skip any oil-based skincare or makeup products around your eyes. Clean, bare lashes allow the extensions to adhere better. A lash clean will need to be added to service if there is too much mascara on the lashes. Lash Extensions cannot adhere well if the lashes are not clean and a Lash Lift will not perform as well also if the lashes are not clean.

    • Avoid curling your lashes. Skip the lash curler before your appointment. Natural, uncurled lashes are easier to work with and provide the best base for extensions.

    • Skip eye cream and heavy skincare. Avoid using eye creams, serums, or heavy moisturizers around your eyes before your appointment to prevent oil from interfering with the adhesive.

    • Avoid using waterproof or oil-based mascara/brow makeup for 2-3 days before your visit. Mascara and brow makeup can have an adverse effect on the extensions adhering.

    • Plan for a relaxing experience. Lash extensions can take up to 3 hours, so dress comfortably and avoid caffeine before your appointment to help you relax. Many guests find the process so relaxing that they take a nap!

    • Consider allergies or sensitivities. If you’ve ever had a reaction to lash adhesives or are concerned about sensitivity, let us know in advance. We can do a patch test or discuss alternative options.

    • Avoid eye treatments. Refrain from getting lash lifts, tints, or perms within 48 hours of your appointment. These treatments can affect the extension application.

    • Know your lash goals. Think about the look you want—natural, dramatic, or something in between! Share your vision with your lash artist during your consultation.

    • Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes. Avoid wearing mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow, or any eye makeup on the day of your appointment. Clean lashes are essential for optimal lifting results. A lash clean will need to be added to service if there is too much mascara on the lashes. A Lash Lift will not perform as well also if the lashes are not clean.

    • Remove lash extensions. Ensure that all previous lash extensions have been removed if applicable. Lash Lifts are only applied to fresh, clean lashes. There will be a charge for removal and for cleaning the lashes ahead of the lift if required.

    • Skip skincare around the eyes. Do not apply eye creams, serums, or heavy moisturizers to your eye area before your appointment. Oils can interfere with the lifting solution.

    • Avoid using waterproof or oil-based mascara/brow makeup for 2-3 days before your visit. Mascara and brow makeup can have an adverse effect on the lift.

    • Avoid curling your lashes. Refrain from using a lash curler at least 24 hours before your appointment. This ensures your lashes are in their natural state for the lift.

    • Plan for relaxation. Lash lift appointments typically take 45–60 minutes. Wear comfortable clothing and plan to relax during your service. You’ll be lying down with your eyes closed for the duration of the treatment.

    • Avoid eye treatments. If you’ve recently had a lash tint, extensions, or other eye treatments, let us know. It’s best to avoid these services at least 48 hours before your lash lift.

    • Skip Caffeine. Avoid caffeine before your appointment to help you feel more relaxed during the process.

    • Avoid makeup on your brows. Arrive with clean, makeup-free brows. Avoid brow pencils, powders, gels, or any other makeup products on the day of your appointment.

    • Skip skincare around the brows. Avoid applying oils, moisturizers, or serums near your brows before your appointment. Clean and dry skin allows for better product absorption during the lamination process.

    • Let your natural brows shine. Refrain from plucking, waxing, or threading your brows at least 48 hours before your appointment. Your brow artist will shape your brows after the lamination if needed.

    • Avoid tanning or sunburn. If possible, avoid tanning or excessive sun exposure in the days leading up to your appointment, as sensitive skin can impact the process.

    • Consider allergies or sensitivities. If you’ve had any reactions to brow tinting or other brow treatments before, let us know. A patch test can be arranged in advance if necessary.

    • Share your brow goals. Think about your desired look—fluffy and natural or sleek and bold. Communicate your goals with your brow artist during the consultation.

    • Skip Retinol or exfoliants. Avoid using retinoids or exfoliating products near your brows for at least a week before your appointment. These can make the skin more sensitive.

    • Relax and enjoy. The brow lamination process takes around 45 minutes. Dress comfortably and come ready to relax while we work our magic!
